Welcome to Wildman Firewood. By using our website (shop.wildmanfirewood.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Products and Orders

We sell firewood and related products in the greater New Orleans, Louisiana area and surrounding regions. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We deliver and stack firewood at the delivery address provided. Delivery windows are scheduled by our team and confirmed with the customer. We require a safe, accessible location for stacking. Wildman Firewood is not responsible for damage caused by delivery to areas that are unsafe or inaccessible.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee all kiln-dried firewood is delivered below 20% moisture content. If you receive wood that does not meet this standard, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no charge. This guarantee does not cover wood that has been exposed to rain or moisture after delivery.

SMS Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Wildman Firewood at the mobile number provided at opt-in.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: Text STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further messages.
• For help: Text HELP for help or contact us at info@wildmanfirewood.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Supported carriers include: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing with third parties for any purpose.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of firewood, we do not accept returns of delivered product except where covered under our satisfaction guarantee. If you have a concern about an order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Wildman Firewood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
